Mardi Gras is the final day of Carnival, celebrated on the day before Lent begins on Ash Wednesday. This website offers everything you need for the festivities, ticket sales to event schedules and detailed information about the history and traditions of Mardi Gras.
I redesigned the Mardi Gras website to bring a fresh, modern look to this iconic celebration. This revamp included a redesigned logo, updated landing pages, and vibrant new images sourced online to enhance the festive feel. To give the site a cohesive flow, I incorporated bead accents throughout and added an interactive, event-inspired cursor for a creative, symbolic navigation experience.
